  1. I just wanted to say thank you for posting the videos. I had read & printed this recipe before, but as a food storage and whole wheat newb, I was too intimidated to try it. Seeing the video made me realize how easy it really is. I made some this morning and they were yummy. I used hard WHITE wheat, and I didn't notice a difference between these and regular pancakes.

I'm looking forward to more videos! Keep them coming!

  2. Has anyone tried this in the magic bullet? I did…but didn’t dare let it grind long enough, fearing I’d burn up the motor. So, they turned out crunchy. I guess I’ll try it again…maybe pausing each minute to let it cool down?

  3. I have been a lurker for a while now and had been given a LOT if Hard Red wheat. I have ground some and made bread but it has just been to “wheaty” for my taste. I bought some Hard Whate Wheat and finally tried these pancakes and they are GREAT! Thank you so much for the recipe.
QUESTION: If packaging this up for others would it be okay to blend the sugar salt and baking powder in the first five min?? I thought if I was able to package it all together it would be easier for whoever I give it to. Thanks!

  4. Is there any reason I can’t use regular wheat flour? If so, is it the same 1 cup ratio? I too, have a magic bullet only. It works fine but you never do get all the kernels to fine flour like i would with my grinder. Thanks so much for all you do.

  5. These are one of my family’s favorite pancake recipes! And I actually like them with some texture left, so I never grind as long. I also just dump it all in to start with- I’m lazy like that. 🙂
