Learn how to make these delicious Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins with easy-to-use food storage items like whole wheat, powdered milk, powdered eggs, and oats. They are perfect for on-the-go breakfasts your kids are sure to love and will fill your house with a mouth-watering aroma!
1If you're using food storage powders (i.e. powdered milk or powdered eggs, etc.) mix all of your dry ingredients together and then add in wet ingredients. Fold in apple slices at the end.
2If you're not using food storage powders, whisk eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk together in a bowl until smooth. Stir flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into wet ingredients to form a batter.
3Fill prepared muffin tins with batter.
4Bake at 425 for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 375 and continue baking for 20-25 minutes for jumbo muffins or 18-19 minutes for regular muffins, or until tops are golden brown.
These muffins can also be frozen for 3-6 months!
