Dessert American Oven

These cookies are a great addition to any diet. Not only are they full of food storage, but also fiber, protein and little fat!
1 cup cooked white beans
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs (1/4 C. dry powdered eggs + 1/2 C. Water)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ¼ cups wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup pecans (or walnuts) chopped
1Beat beans and sugar together.
2Add eggs, vanilla.
3In separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4Add flour moisture to bean/sugar mixture.
5Stir until well blended.
6Stir in chocolate chips, and nuts.
7Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
8Preheat oven to 350°F.
9Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
10Bake 10-15 minutes depending on size of cookies.
