Mrs. Field’s Chocolate Chip Cookie (Copy Cat)

This is a very tastey and hearty food storage cookie (as my sister would say…oh so delicious and almost nutritious) and tastes FABULOUS dipped in milk (yes, mine is powdered milk). This recipe boasts not only whole wheat flour but also oat flour!
- Prep: 20 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
- Yields: 24 cookies
1Cream together butter and sugars.
2Add eggs and vanilla.
3Combine dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients.
4Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
5Make sure you take them out of the oven before they look done or they will be too crispy.
