Strawberry freezer jam is the best and now it's easy to make than ever before!
Prep: 10 mins
1 2/3 cupprepared mashed strawberries
2/3 cupsugar or Splenda
2 tbspBall® RealFruit Instant Pectin
1Mix pectin and sugar in a large bowl.
2Add strawberries and stir for 3 minutes.
3Pour into 2 clean 8 oz. jars. Place the lids on top and allow to sit for 30 minutes to set.
4Enjoy right away or freeze for unto a year.
This recipe can be doubled or tripled for larger amounts. However, if you do any more than that proper setting may not occur. Just remember to have this pectin on hand (it works for strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, peaches and cherries) and some nifty freezer jars or other clean glass jars.
