So when Jenny contacted me….OFFERING to show me how to make freezer meals, I had to take her up on her offer. After all, wouldn’t you love to have an expert come to your kitchen and help you cook something?! Well I figured you might, which is why I convinced her to let me tape it and show it to all of you! In these videos she’ll show you how to make DELICIOUS freezer pizzas that you can use at any time. Jenny has been on Good Things Utah and was even approached by the Rachel Ray show (RACHEL RAY!) to be on but had to reschedule due to a baby on the way. She has awesome ideas and is a GREAT teacher!

Have you ever wondered which wheat grinder I use and why? Well check back on Wednesday to SEE (yes, ANOTHER video) what and why I use it….and why you’ll love it as well!
I really want to try this, but can you use wheat flour???? Thanks!!
YES!
Lindsey, wheat flour does work, it's not quite as tasty, but it is better for you. Also, I make wheat bread every other week to stock my freezer. My wheat bread recipe makes 4 loaves of bread and 1 wheat pizza. Check out the “wheat bread” recipe in my cookbook “Fabulous Freezer Meals” The whole wheat pizza crust cooks up crisp and full. It is delicious, and it is so good for you.
Crystal, the video turned out just great! Thank you for all the work that you do to help so many people. I'm so glad you are willing to share all your great ideas.
This was great! I made a half batch to test the recipe and it was supper! We had one pizza last night for super and the other went into the freezer. These were big pizzas too, I could have made three mediums I'm sure.
Thanks Crystal and Jenny for sharing this great recipe and time saver.
Went to Costco in Ogden today, met Jenny and bought two copies of the book. I've been a freezer cooker kind of gal for many years, but needed some new motivation and recipes. Thanks for both! Now that my children are starting into the teens years, time to cook is even more non-existent than when they were little. Having healthy, premade dinners in the freezer really is a lifesaver.
Oh!…that's great helpful, it's so right to me! Million thanks for the article,
It is hard for me to do a whole month's worth of cooking at one time. Soooo . . . I chose to make 1-2 recipes at a time and put the extra in the freezer. By the end of the month I have several extra meals prepared.
Well, I just loved you both! Thank you so much for the video. I am inspired!
