1 cup butter (1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup cooked, rinsed white beans)
1 cup brown sugar (1 cup white sugar + 1 Tbsp. molasses)
2 eggs (2 Tbsp. egg powder + 1/4 cup water)
2 cups whole wheat flour (all-purpose works as well)
1 1/2 cups oats, pulverized in blender
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated (I like to use left over holiday chocolate)
1Pre-heat oven to 350.
2Cream together butter and sugars, until light and fluffy.
3Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
4Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients, until a soft dough forms. Add chocolate chips and grated Hershey bar.
5Shape cookies into 1 tablespoon balls and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Take your cookies up a notch by chilling your dough before baking. A lot of people will tell you to chill the dough before shaping, but that is so much harder! Simply, shape the dough and place the cookie sheet in your fridge for an hour. Not only does the dough chill faster, you don't have to struggle to shape the chilled dough.
