This is a fun and easy way to serve dessert. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and tastes like a million bucks!

Yields: 1 cheesecake
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
1 recipe (or 1 can) sweetened condensed milk (1/2 cup hot water, 1 cup powdered milk + 1 cup sugar)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice (do not skip this ingredient or it will not set properly)
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit or pie filling
Directions
Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
1Combine ingredients. Place firmly at the bottom of jars.
Cheesecake Filling
1If you are making your own sweetened condensed milk, make it first in the blender. Once the milk is made, combine the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth.
2Pour cheesecake filling over graham cracker crust in jars and chill until firm.
3Top with fresh fruit or pie filling just before serving.
You can also make this into a regular cheesecake by using a pre-made graham cracker crust, or by using the graham cracker crust recipe and pressing into a pie plate.

Yummy! I like to double this recipe for a crowd and make my own graham cracker crust. It fits perfectly in a 9×13 pan.
