Okay, I also have a secret love for doughnuts and sometimes I just need to indulge the urge. But if they are baked in the oven and made with whole wheat bread they can’t be that bad, right? Oh…and just because I like you-I also included cinnamon swirl bread which is yet another deviation of maybe…um…cinnamon rolls…okay anyway…they both stem from the EZ Bread recipe (so if you’re not familiar with it, you’ll want to check it out before you watch these videos). The recipes are simple so sit back and relax while you watch the videos below to learn how to make these fabulous recipes!

I love your blog! I had a question for you. I like to make your EZ wheat bread, but whenever I do, the dough gets so hard during the first rise (even if I cover it). Then I can barely roll it ou because it is so hard. Any tips? Thanks!
My guess would be there is too much flour in it. The dough should be very soft.
Why did my cinnamon swirl bread not cook in the middle? Is the cooking time different? I did take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a bit before putting it in. Oh, and can you post your “cinnamon yummy goodness” ratios from the first video clip?
