This was another recipe that sounded good, is easy to make and perfect for food storage. This is a perfect solution to feeding eggs to a large group of people with out any headache or mess. Plus it’s tastey! I just served it with some fruit and home made bread and it was a hit!

Wow! I’m really going to try this! Ricks the breakfast man and so when it’s like fathers day or his birthday I know that he would LOVE breakfast…but I’m just not great at it. So I’m going to have to try these…they sound really easy! Thanks for the great ideas!

I tried these this morning… my first ever recipe with dehydrated eggs! The edges got too dark while the middle stayed too gooey. It’s possible that my oven just cooks too hot (it’s still fairly new to me), so next time I’ll try cooking it at 425 for longer. It definitely has potential, but I couldn’t bring myself a whole lot of the not-quite-set-up eggs.
I made the Denver Omelet and it turned out fantastic! My kids liked it a lot. I blogged about it here:
