Your video indicates 1cup whole wheat flour and 2 cups total bread flour (1 1/2 c with the addition of another 1/2 cup in 1/4 cup increments). That comes to only 3 cups total flour. The recipe is showing 3 1/2 cups total flour.
Or, is the difference in amounts due to the whole wheat or just a miscalculation?
