I super, SUPER love Porcupine Meatballs. My mom made it growing up and it’s just one of those great comfort foods. This was a really popular recipe in the “olden days.” People loved it because it was delicious and could be made in a new thing called pressure cookers in just minutes. Lucky us, there are electric pressure cookers that make this even easier to make! Plus, aside from the fresh hamburger, all of the ingredients are food storage!
