Many of you know that I’ve been busy this year doing book signings at Costco, Deseret Book, and more but the problem with those book signings is that they’ve mostly been in Utah and I’ve always wished I could go to other states and meet more of you! But until then, I’ve talked my publisher into another online book signing!   2. I bought your book at Costco last year and I have been impressed with SO MANY recipes. I was diagnosed with a gluten-intolerance since getting the book, but I have found a lot of great recipes that are gluten-free (or adaptable). I have to tell you that I made the sweetened condensed milk for the first time in my blender this weekend for a dessert that I brought to a family get-together. The recipe worked GREAT and I got to use powdered milk…. one of those food storage items that I find difficult to rotate. Tonight I am making your meat loaf for dinner. Thank you for writing this book! I tell everyone about it.

  3. Hey just had a quick question about the powdered eggs. I noticed that you were using a 2 to 1 ratio but the can I have ( whick looks like the onein your video) calls for equall amounts is the a reason you use 2 to 1 ration- love all the great info- thanks
