Easy Dinner Rolls Anyone Can Make!!

This easy dinner roll dough is completely versatile (I use it for everything) and incredibly delicious! They are the perfect texture: soft, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth type rolls...but the best part? They are insanely easy to make, call for only 5 ingredients, and anyone can make them...especially YOU!!! Seriously, this is the PERFECT roll recipe.

- Yields: 12 rolls
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine ingredients in the following order: water, yeast, sugar, oil, egg/egg powder and 3 cups of flour and salt.
3With a dough hook, knead ingredients for 10 minutes. If needed, add remaining flour 1/4 cup at a time. adding flour as needed.
4Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
5Shape dough into 16 balls and let rest for 10 minutes.
6Place rolls in a greased 9x13 pan or baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden brown.
**30 MINUTE ROLLS** To have these rolls ready in under 30 minutes, shape the dough right after the it is done kneading instead of resting it first.
