Your favorite macaroni and cheese but easier! Seriously, this one-bowl microwave macaroni and cheese is so easy your kids could make it. It's deliciously creamy and extremely cheesy. So next time you're looking for a quick meal, instead of eating out just turn to your food storage and whip up some mouth-watering macaroni and cheese in under ten minutes—that's less time than it takes to get fast food!

  • Cook: 10 mins
  • Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup macaroni

2 1/2 cups water

1/3 cup cheese powder

1 1/2 Tbsp. dry powdered milk

1 Tbsp. butter (optional)

Directions

1In a microwave safe bowl, combine noodles and water.

2Place bowl in microwave and cook for 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.

3While noodles are cooking, combine dry powdered milk and cheese powder.

4When noodles are done cooking, remove from microwave and add in cheese milk blend and butter. Stir until completely dissolved. Let sit for 3-5 minutes to thicken and cool.

  1. What is the brand if cheese powder do you use? I would like the lighter cheese powder. Thank you love your videos and web site. I have used my food storage for years. But always looking for new ways to use it. Keep up the great work.

      The brand I used in the video was Saratoga Farms, but I would buy it from WinCo if you had one by you.
