  1. Haven’t tried this yet – but it looks wonderful! I have a few questions. Dumb question, maybe; but do I put in 1 cup wheat, cracked; or 1 cup cracked wheat? In the video you put 1 cup wheat into the blender to crack, but I wasn’t sure when you measure out the 1 cup, before or after you’ve cracked it. In the video you say to simmer the meat uncovered, but the printed recipe says to cover and simmer. Also when you make the taco seasoning, your written recipe does not include the dehydrated onion, but in the video you added it. Is the onion optional? Thanks for your fun videos and the great way you explain what you’re doing. Can’t wait to make the Lasagna!

      Great questions! I’ve updated the taco seasoning recipe and it’s 1 cup of cracked wheat. I just use the left over in other recipes. 😉
