I’m so excited! I have a new e-cookbook coming out this week, The Everyday Bean Cookbook. It will have 90+ recipes for breakfasts, sides & salads, dinners, and DESSERTS all with no added fats…just good ol’ beans from your food storage. Don’t worry the recipes aren’t scary, the recipes cover pancakes, waffles, muffins, quick breads, salads, soups, chilis, cookies, brownies, cakes, etc…see that isn’t scary! To get you excited (and convinced), I’m giving a sneak peek of one of my most favorite BEAN recipes, the Low-Fat Ultimate Death by Chocolate Sandwich Cookie. (Make sure you scroll to the bottom to see how you can enter to win a FREE copy of my new e-cookbook when it is released this week!)

Please help me with an ingredient in your Fat Free Granola Bars recipe on Studio 5. It called for 3 T. cup of brown sugar. Please clarify this for me. I wanted to make them and didn’t know how much brown sugar to use. Thanks for your great ideas.
It is 3 T.

Thanks.
Thanks.
I am also anxious to try the recipes in your bean cookbook. Thanks.
These look beautiful but I had to laugh when you were extolling the lack of bad ingredients in the chocolate chips. You may want to look at the ingredients in Cool Whip; there are a few reasons why Cool Whip has such a strong chemical aftertaste.
I wonder if you could use a sweetened thicker homemade yogurt in place of the Cool Whip? Would it mix okay with the chocolate?
I’ve tried doing that in other experiments and it didn’t really work out very well. If you can figure it out, let me know!
Please excuse my ignorance!! I need you to explain to me how to make bean puree. I have some white beans that I home canned and I’d love to use them in this recipe. I’m SO excited about using beans instead of oil/butter!! Thank you for your reply!!!

Ok, now I know how to make the bean puree ’cause I finally took time to watch your video The Everyday Bean Cookbook Sneak Peek. Now off to make some desserts w/beans as an ingredient! 🙂

How do you make your chocolate dipped strawberries look so nice? I think I need a tutorial on how to do those.
