I planned on doing a video in my boring kitchen to sum up freeze dried berries…you know, the benefits, cost analysis, and how to hydrate them to use in your own recipes. Although, Studio 5 had the same idea and asked me to come in to talk about freeze dried berries and to share some recipes. So watch Studio 5 tomorrow (Tuesday, March 30th) on channel 5 from 11-12.
