Holy moly are these good! They are almost like candy they are so good. My daughter found this recipe in her Friend magazine. It actually comes from Sweden and they eat it as a treat around Christmas. We eat them year round, and especially in the Summer when you don’t want to turn the oven on. They are also gluten-free (assuming you have gluten-free oats) if you are on that diet. Like all no-bake items, they are really easy to make and perfect for your kids to try!
