yay! everyone always tells me I need bacon fat to make refried beans, but we don’t eat pork. thanks for sharing. I’ll put this on the menu for next week. Hopefully I’ll have my pressure cooker by then and be eating more beans. 🙂
I finally made these, and they are awesome! I loved it. Very creamy and SUPER EASY! And best of all, you don’t have to fry them. 🙂
