Well, with Father’s day around the corner, I thought I’d share a few recipes that the fathers in your lives will love! This French Dip sandwich is so delicious-it’s so good that my parents and I have a standing agreement to have them over whenever I make it. Plus, my husband loves it too. Pretty much anyone who tries it, loves it. It’s originally done in a slow cooker, so I knew it would be a fantastic choice for the Sun Oven! The Sun Oven did not fail me!
I was even a little nervous because I didn’t get it in the Sun Oven until lunch time and was worried it wouldn’t cook long enough to get the meat tender enough to easily shred. But by dinner, the meat was perfect. I was able to shred it easily with a fork and the au jus was perfect. A total success!
