1Combine ingredients in blender or food processor.
2If desired, simmer for 30 minutes before topping noodles (this enhances the flavors, but if you're in a rush, you can heat the sauce over the noodles.)

You can also make this in the morning and simmer in a slow cooker during the day.
Also, if you have left over pork bones (from pork chops, or a roast) you can simmer the bones in the sauce for an amazingly authentic flavor.
